Seen quite frequently in women (body of Blood, xue). They come to the clinic complaining of fatigue, menstrual problems,... Heart Blood and Liver Blood are very important for the psycho-emotional aspect. If Blood is deficient, it does not nourish Qi.

Symptoms:

• Vertigo
• Palpitations
• Insomnia
• Profuse dreaming
• Poor memory and concentration
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Propensity to be startled
• Vision: floaters, loss of visual acuity
• Numbness or tremors, spasms of hands and feet
• Amenorrhoea or scanty menstruation
• Dry skin, withered hair, brittle nails
• Pale dull face
• Pale tongue with thin coating
• Fine, wiry or fine choppy pulse
