Welcome to the terms and conditions of the Acupuncture Notes Web Application (WebApp).

The service

Acupuncture Notes offers the Web Application as an online service. Every day of the year and at all hours except in case of major problems.

Authentication

We use Google Cloud to manage login. This way it is Google that takes care of the security of your credentials and there is no risk that our human errors could compromise your security.

Payments

We use Stripe as the payment processing system. This guarantees that Acupuncture Notes will never have your credit card details or other supported payment system details. Stripe communicates to us only the essential information needed to verify that payments have been successfully made and to help in case something is not working as expected.

Compatible devices and browsers

You can use the Acupuncture Notes web application on all types of mobile devices, laptops and PCs. And with any operating system.

For security and functionality reasons, you need an up-to-date version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Subscription

Prices may change over time without notice. Changes take effect from the next subscription period. Changes will be communicated in advance and if you do not agree with the change, you can cancel the renewals.

Subscription cancellation

You have the right to cancel the subscription renewal.

Cancelling the current subscription: the paid period is not refunded. You can cancel the next period's subscription up to the day before payment.
