Biography
Born in 1984 in Manresa, Barcelona, I graduated in Film and Audiovisual Studies at ESCAC (University of Barcelona). During my studies, I worked on more than fifty film shoots in various roles, until the extreme pace led me to rethink my well-being.
Seeking a better understanding of the body and the mind, I trained in advanced therapeutic massage, yoga and meditation. For eight years I have taught yoga to people with functional diversity, elderly people and those with pulmonary diseases. In parallel, I studied Traditional Chinese acupuncture at CENAC, with practical training at the Li Ping school and a master's degree in advanced acupuncture at Wu Wei, continuing to deepen my knowledge of the body, its physical-energetic framework and health.
Since 2014, I have been collaborating as an editor at Acupuncture Notes, rewriting and improving content. I also participate in One Minute Practice, a breathing technique to relieve tension.
I lived for three years in Amsterdam, where I moved to study Toyohari acupuncture and worked as an acupuncturist and massage therapist. Toyohari acupuncture has fascinated me and in 2025 I travelled to Japan to continue deepening my practice of it.
I am passionate about communication, creative exploration and the connection between body and emotion. In my free time, I enjoy walking barefoot through the forest and learning with endless curiosity.
