There may be involvement of SP/ST: emaciation
Symptoms
- Dry cough or with scanty phlegm or with blood
- Dry mouth and throat at night
- Weak or hoarse voice
- Throat irritation
- Night sweating
- Tiredness, without desire to speak
- Red cheeks
- Sensation of heat or fever in the evening or at night
- Heat in the five hollows (palms of the hands, soles of the feet and sternum)
- Thirst with little desire to drink
- Insomnia
- Anxiety
- Emaciated body and thin chest
- Red tongue without coating
- Floating, empty and rapid pulse
