Location
They are two points in the zone (LO4). See: Anatomical points of the auricle if you have doubts about the anatomical references.
- Upper palate: in the center of the lobe in the upper part, below the protrusion of the antitragus.
- Lower palate: in the center of the lobe, upper part, below the apex of the antitragus. It is a little more downward and outward from the upper palate point.
Action
Pain, wounds, inflammation or infection of the mucosa in the corresponding part of the mouth.
