Causes

  1. Emotional: anger and joy
  2. Anatomical alterations. For example: hiatal hernia alters the descending movement of the Stomach.
  3. Inadequate diet: excess of fats or pungent

Symptoms

  • Lung (does not descend): dry cough, breathlessness, oppression of chest, hiccough, asthma.
  • Spleen (does not ascend): diarrhea
  • Stomach (does not descend): vomiting, belching, sour regurgitation, nausea, headache
  • Large Intestine (does not descend): constipation
