Symptoms

• Nasal congestion
• Nasal voice
• Sneezing
• Clear runny nose
• Cough with clear and fluid phlegm
• Headache
• Aversion to cold and fever
• No sweating
• Tongue with thin whitish coating
• Superficial and tight pulse

Causes

1. Attack of pathogenic Cold or Wind-Cold
2. Defensive Qi weak

Treatment

• Release the Exterior: BL-12; LI-4; LU-7; GB-20
• SI-3; BL-62: Governing Vessel
• If head pain: GV-16
• If there is cough: Ding Chuan;
• If has cold without sweat: BL-60
