Functions

Regulates the functions of the Liver

• Emotions: Repressed anger, irritability, resentment, frustration, that stagnate Liver-Qi
• Liver diseases: hepatitis, cirrhosis
• Action on the eyes: blurred vision, lacrimation, upward gaze, night blindness
• Rigidity, muscle contraction of tendons
• Cough with blood (nervous cough)
• Pain or distension of the hypochondrium
• Back pain: upper dorsal region
• Problems in external genitals
• Jaundice

Treatment

• Needling: 0.3 - 0.5 cun transverse
• Moxibustion
