• Acute cough, strong sound and followed.
• Thick yellow phlegm, difficult to expectorate.
• Symptoms of wind-heat attack: sweat, fever
• Red tongue, yellow coating
• Superficial (exterior) pulse and rapid (heat)

Treatment

• Cough of external origin: BL-13, LU-7, LI-4
• Wind-Cold: BL-12, LI-11, GV-14, LU-5.
• If throat hurts can bleed LU-11. Excessive sweating KI-7
