Functions

• Tonify Yang and Qi of the Lung, regulates its functions.
• Lung dysfunctions: cough, pulmonary atrophy, tuberculosis, dyspnea, chest oppression, shortness of breath
• Skin disorders: itching, dry skin, skin rash, dermatitis
• If the Lung is blocked, Heat does not descend: goiter, thyroid inflammation LU-7 + BL-13
• Emotional: manic agitation (Dian Kuang), suicidal thoughts. Lung controls Corporeal Soul (Po), the instinctive soul. BL-42
• Children with forward hunching
