Yu Syndrome - Depression and Anxiety

Yu Syndrome encompasses the clinical picture of neurasthenia, anxiety or nervous depression.

Related to emotions, injury of the seven emotions or 5 feelings:

  • Negative thoughts
  • Sadness, crying, insomnia
  • Despair, self-blame, sadness: expectations do not keep pace with life (one must understand and go with the flow)


There are 7 clinical pictures (the most frequent) that can manifest more tendency to anxiety and restlessness (yang expression) or depression and sadness (yin expression).

Anxiety and depression are problems that seem to go hand in hand. A high percentage of people with depression experience symptoms of anxiety and vice versa, many people with anxiety have depressive episodes from time to time.
