Female, 57 years old.

Migratory arthralgia

Clinical history

Chronic pain in knees, peri-scapular area and left axilla, lower back pain. Pain increases with humid and cold weather. No joint swelling.

  • Nervousness
  • Anxiety
  • Hypochondriac tightness
  • Globus hystericus
  • Difficult digestion
  • Insomnia (difficulty falling asleep)
  • Mental and physical fatigue
  • Obesity
  • Epigastric swelling
  • Frontal and vertex headache
  • Sometimes pain in 17 TB
  • Heartburn
  • Memory loss
  • Low blood pressure
  • Normal appetite
  • Cyanotic tongue
  • Very fine and weak pulse


History:

  • Right mastectomy for cancer (chemotherapy)
  • Total hysterectomy for uterine fibroids
  • Osteoarthritis

Diagnosis

  • Liver-Qi and Blood stagnation with phlegm accumulation and Spleen-Qi deficiency.
  • Cold Bi syndrome.
