Sore throat

Clinical history

Since one day ago the patient presents sore throat with hoarse voice, low-grade fever (37.8 C) and slight sweating. Aversion to wind and cold. Stuffed nose but no cough. Headache with feeling of dizziness. Appetite is normal, but drinks more liquid than normal. Sleep, stools and urine are normal.

Diagnosis

Attack of Wind-Heat to the surface of the body.

Hoarse voice, stuffed nose, throat: upper pathway of Lung, exterior symptoms of Lung, related to the diffusing function (going toward the surface). Also the descending is blocked.
