- Disperses Heart-Heat: mental disorders due to Fire in the Heart: anxiety, mental restlessness, manic behavior, insomnia
- Heat in the palms of the hands, congested eyes, euphoria, mouth ulcers, hematuria. HT-7 + SP-9 + CV-3
- Calms the Shen
- As if the heart were in the throat, with sensation of hunger: congested eyes, urine with blood. Heart-Fire going to the Small Intestine: Bladder Front-Mu point CV-3 + SP-9 + SP-6 + points of KI Channel, for example: KI-3 or KI-6
- Tonifies the Spleen: aids digestion (yellowish complexion)
- Heel pain. Point par excellence, but always needle on the opposite side

Comments
- Heel pain, plantar fasciitis, calcaneal spur: palpate PC-7 and surrounding areas on the hand of the same side and opposite side of the pain. If there is a tender point or Ashi point, needle and stimulate with the needle.
Treatment
- Needling: 0.3 CUN, caution: it is painful
