- Eliminates heat and dampness from the Lower Burner, especially genital: eczema, itching of external genitals, sweating, orchitis, strong odor of vaginal discharge
- Chronic Liver disease
- Sadness (lack of energy) with a blockage in the throat (pharyngitis, pharyngeal cancer): it is related to sex. Throat dryness after sexual relations: the Kidney Channel reaches the throat

Longitudinal Luo Symptoms
- Luo excess: priapism, permanent erection, excess of libido. Puncture downwards transversely

Comments
- Favors circulation of Liver Qi, eliminates Damp-Heat.
- In this part of the leg the Liver channel is in front of the Spleen. Jue Yin is on the bone, LR-5, is 5 cun above the tibia. At this height there are no points on the Spleen Channel. Palpate where it hurts most above the bone or behind the bone. If puncturing above the tibia do it transversely.

- Puncture: 0.2 CUN perpendicular (better not to), 0.5 CUN transverse is better
