Lots of heated needle.
In congenital osteoarthritis of male subject around 50 years old it is very difficult to have results. The prosthesis can give results but we try to put it as late as possible (at 70 years), because the prosthesis lasts around of 20 years. Sometimes we have to treat post operative (it is treated with the same principles).
