Tinnitus or tinnitus are sounds that occur inside the ear. Like ringing or clicking. What will help us most in the diagnosis is to differentiate if they are of the excess type or of the deficiency type. For this we can ask the person to cover their ears with their fingers and observe if the tinnitus sounds louder, weaker or the same.
